No. You can assign your own captains and crew. CharterHelm's crew directory is available if you need to fill a gap, but it's never required.
Once your vessel is live, approved brokers can search your availability and rate card. All inquiries come to you directly — you approve every booking before it's confirmed.
Never. Brokers see only the rate you choose to publish. Your cost, crew pay, and margin stay completely private.
