Common questions

No problem. You can be assigned to multiple vessels simultaneously. Your calendar will show all upcoming charters across every vessel you're linked to.

Payment is triggered automatically when the charter is logged as complete. Payout to your account typically happens within 24 hours of completion, depending on the vessel manager's setup.

For captains: a valid USCG license (any tonnage), STCW if applicable to your vessel class. For crew: no hard requirement, but uploads like CPR, STCW Basic Safety, or ServSafe speed up assignments. All verified through CSM.
